Cannot figure out an Icon on my bar on home screen

Hi all! All of a sudden a funny looking icon showed up and docked on my bar on home screen. It looks like an upside down desk phone with 5 dots underneath and then a line under the dots. Any ideas? Thanks so much!

TTY mode??? Just a guess, think I may have read a similar post sometime ago. Couldn't get my thunderbolt to duplicate the icon.

Yes it is the tty mode. I've been baffled by that same icon for the paste week.
Go to settings/call settings/ tty mode/ off

Thats the problem

I dont have a call settings on my phone! So odd! I just cannot think of where else it could be. I'm baffled!
