can the droid razr maxx show browsing windows on phone and tv?

With the sale of the razr maxx at 199 i wanted to know can i see the browsing window on my phone on my tv? Current phone droid x cant do it but last year or so more phones support it does the razr maxx?

Razr Maxx has hdmi output port, so if you have the hd dock w hdmi cable or just the hd cable you can see your screen on an hdmi tv. I used it the other day...

Mirror mode shows everything that's on your phone on your tv(mirror mode) , i view net flix this way sometimes

I am on the ics leak and used the webtop application for the first time the other day.
It actually turns the phone into, per say a "touch screen mouse" when plugging in the HDMI. I forget if gingerbread did this. Very cool if you have a long cable.
