what does it use my cell phone number for? i have a Droid and Droid X with no service (i'm on AT&T), but i want to use google voice on it. anyway, when setting up my account, i used my AT&T phone number (from my LG Vu Plus). does Voice use my minutes and texts? also i won't be charged with any kind of data fee on my AT&T account right? thanks.
