Can Rezound be unlocked

Well I'm not from US so I thought of having HTC Rezound, my country has GSM signals and phones work based on these networks can Rezound be unlocked to read GSM networks because Verizon mobiles are all reading CDMA networks thanks.

It is possible but you have to get the unlocked codes for different networks from a level 2 tech at VZW from what I heard, so it might be unlikely.
