Camera Stabilizer. Other issues

The camera on this phone is a beast, and iam not going to deny that but have any of you guys stumbled upon any glitches with your camera or is it just my phone. Most of the time it works fine but the moment you least expect it, it takes like 10 extra seconds to take a picture. Also, it sometimes resets. Another question is are there any apps or stabilizeer option for my video camera so that the picture appears more crispy? Thanks guys!
