Calendar App That Can Vibrate Notifications Even When Phone Set Silent?

Hey guys, I am looking for a Calendar app that can do a notification via audio or vibrate or both, even when the phone is set to "silent".

Just like my default alarm on my phone, it has an option that it will go off and notify you with both the sound and vibrate even when the phone is set to "silent".
