WhoIsIt 1.3.5 has been published to the Market and should resolve the "Silent" ringtone issue that was plaguing the Samsung Fascinate and other model phones.
WhoIsIt allows you to define ringtones, vibrations, and announcements for phone calls, Gmail, SMS, and MMS on a per-contact basis. You can also define VIP contacts that can cause notifications even when your phone is on silent. Other features include the ability to define different profiles for volume, vibration, etc. as well as the ability to schedule profiles.
