Build.prop and OTA 2.2

Okay, the market issues are back with Verizon's official OTA update - that is, there are the missing market items that we saw before the build.prop fix.

Would it be wise to wait for Google to fix the market or should I root and apply the build.prop fix?

(other than wanting the black status bar again, I really have no need to be rooted at this point...)

yeah, i'm seeing the same issue.

I ended up rooting again and using the build.prop fix, downloaded my apps, then put the original back. Guess I'm hopeful that Google will fix market soon.

Same here, rooted my phone and pushed a new build prop to fix the issue
