broken/missing key

hi,
one of my friends has a droid 2 and one of the keys has fallen off. is there a way to fix this? or should they just go to verison and ask them to fix it or ask for a replcement?

I would take it in to the vzw store and see what they say. Try to fix it and you may mess it up.
