I have had a Samsung Fascinate in the draw for the last year or so that was rooted and running Ultimate droid ROM. My brother needed a phone, so I told him I would let him have this one.
I tried to change the email account to his and the phone said it needed to be reset first. Without thinking, I started the reset from the settings menu. That is when I remembered it was not a stock phone! It came up to the Samsung splash and then switches to another Samsung Splash and continues to just switch between the two different splash screens.
I can get the phone into the download mode, but do not know what to do beyond that. I read that I could use "ODIN" and followed a few links. I was not able to locate a executable version of ODIN for my windows laptop.
I just need to bring it back to a stock Verizon phone.
Can anyone help?
