I was wondering if there was any way to save my phone (droid 2). A while back i dropped it in the water and after i let it dry in some rice for a couple days it just says low battery cannot program. It will go to the recovery console but wont reboot and i cant get it to hook up to my comp via USB. is there any way i can download a complete OS and reinstall? or is it a lost cause please help thanks

Sounds more like the battery is actually low, buy a external battery charger, charge it up and it'll work.
