D2G stuck in Bootloader

My Droid 2 Global is stuck in the Bootloader and I cannot do anything.

The battery is low and so I cannot program it. I try to charge the battery up and for some reason it cant get past a certain percentage in order for me to program it once it gets to a specific charge point, it goes blank for half a second and then gives me the same message again and again.

how can I fix this?

You need to get a standalone charger or get a friend to charge it for you.
