bootanimation in milesone

i have under system/bin/bootanimation but it does not look like a zip file which claimed by some master in here that could just be replaced to get a new boot animation. can any one help?

No thats not the right "bootanimation" file you need man, that is an executable. /system/bin and /system/xbin are full of scripts and executables. What you are looking for is in /system/media
