boot loop upon a reboot.

hey guys,

I thought I would give UD 8 a try since the hoopla has been cleared up.

I wiped at least 3 times coming from CM6.

Once I installed UD 8 everything works fine..until I reboot. Once I do that it just sits at the boot logo.

So I redownloaded the zip and tried again and got the same problem.

Any help??

So it loads fine, you can navigate through homescreens and access everything, then when you reboot it gets stuck, or it goes through the flashing process says it installed correctly and then never reboots ?

I get into the rom, reinstall my apps, and everything works great.

BUt if I reboot after that it will not work

What if you flash it, don't reinstall your apps and reboot it, will it still not load

its a market app, im having the same issue since yesterday. working on figuring out what app it is.

gonna reload each of my 35 apps by hand and see which causes it. ughh

masprague, can u post a list of apps you have form market, then i can compare to mine and test the ones that match up. try and make it a bit quicker than 35 reboots lol.

I dont think mine is a market app...

I did what was suggested before by rebooting before installing apps and it still went to the UD logo and froze there for 10 minutes

If that doesn't work out then install half the apps. If you boot fine then you only have 17.5 reboots left. Half again and if it boots fine then you know its one of the other 8.75 apps. Once more and you are down to 4.375 apps. Finally, when you get to 2.1875 apps you will soon know which app is missing .45323 percent of its stuff

well if its not an app, then the market apk is messing up. but bc no one really i shaving this issue it has to be an app that download before you rebooted.
