Apps not re-downloading through market

I flashed to 1.0.0 and ususally my applications get automatically redownloaded once I boot up. When I go to market/downloads, I only see my purchased apps and none of the free ones. I've tried to do a permission repair, I've wiped the data from the market, rebooted, reflashed...nothing has worked.

Anyone fix this issue on their phones?
