Boot Loop Issue

OK, here's the deal. Everything has been running really smooth lately, but I have run into an issue this morning. Last night I was playing with my phone, and plugging it up to my computer to charge once it hit around 15-20%. Fast forward to this morning. I pick up the phone and hit the power button, and it went to the Motorola "M" boot screen. It then goes to the spinning sapphire, but then it would reboot. After doing this for about 20 minutes now it does the same thing, but now it will get to the lock screen. But after about a minute widget locker starts up, and I have a widget that tells me my battery is at 5%. But now after a minute the phone reboots. Any ideas?

OK, well it looks like everything is fine. I am guessing that the battery was just way too low to do anything. I have it on a wall charger right now, and it is up to 30% with no reboots.
