Bluetooth car speakerphone - is there a way to only have it ring and not the phone?

I bought a Jabra Cruiser to use with VLingo InCar.

Works just fine...but when someone calls me both the Jabra Cruiser and the phone ring.

Is there a way to make only the bluetooth device (I figure it's no different than any other BT device, hence the generalization) ring instead of both the device and phone?

If so, how, and are there any profile setters out there that will disable me changing it when I turn off bluetooth?

Is the ringer on bluetooth controlled by the ringer volume, or the bluetooth (media) volume?

..setting the ringer volume to vibrate / silent might be just what you need. If it works you could use Tasker (or other similar apps) to have this happen automatically when you are connected to bluetooth
