Bionic Driver install for Windows

Hey guys i have gotten my Bionic up and running and all is going great but i can not seem to get the driver to install so i can connect the phone to my computer, and access my SD card..

Can anyone help me out or point me in the right direction for a driver download>

Thanks, in advance

Go to the motorola website and find Bionic, then in the lower righthand corner or side there is a Download Driver button, its basically an update if you already have the MOTO drivers installed..

I had the D1 so I already had the moto drivers installed. The Motorola ADB Interface installs fine. However, the Motorola MSD Interface does not find a driver.

My bionic will not connect to my computer

I have the same problem The computer doesn't recognize the phone . It only charges it please help

Two things, you will need to use the specific USB cable provided with your Bionic and you need to download and install the USB and PC drivers from the Motorola site. The USB cable that came with your phone includes a microchip specific to the bionic. Without it, ot using another USB cable, you are only able to charge your phone. Once you have this connected, download the USB and PC driver from http://www.motorola.com/staticfiles...al_Drivers/MotoHelper_2.1.32_Driver_5.4.0.exe In case this location changes, you can search Motorola phones on google, select Verizon as the carrier and a graphic of the Bionic should appear. On that page, there should be a link to the current driver. RUn the install with the phone connected and it should take gcare of the rest.

The cable drove me nuts for months because I assumed my old ECOMOTO cables and other 3 parties would work like on my Droid, but the cable is slightly different on the Bionic and has a VCast sticker as in addition to the ECOMOTO sticker.

Good luck

I'm not using the cable that came with my Bionic. In fact its still in the box. I bought four 6' USB cables. Two from a seller from Hong Kong on eBay and another one from Radio Shack and one from a local electronics store. One is on my desktop dock, one to connect to my computer, one in my laptop case and one at work. All work great.

You are awesome!!!
