Hey all,
So I just bought this awesome HP laptop at BestBuy exactly a week ago. Of course this model doesn't have whitelist removal so I'm SOL for adding my Bluetooth/WiFi card. And I threw out the box. And the manuals. But I have the receipt and the AC Adapter.
So first question- Can I return this thing and get a slightly more expensive ASUS from BB?
Second question- When I bought the laptop, they threw in an AV program of my choice, I got Norton. It's a 180 day subscription which they do not sell normally but I read that they take off things like that from your refund...
If they do in this case, how much will they take off for a half year Norton subscription (that I didn't ever use- gave it to my cousin lol)?
