bettercut allows you to customize almost every icon. Once you download the app you can download app icon packs. Also ADW home replacement has hundreds of themes and that's what I use. Its free, and a lot simpler than using bettercut plus you get the awesome built in functions of one of the best home replacements on the market

Folder organizer also lets you change the home screen icons. It works well. I've been using it for quite some time now.

Ill go try both of those and let everyone know how it works! The only problem is adw seems to just be laggy, launcher pro with goto is my setup

Ok, just checked em both out, folder organizer is the better of the 2. STILL not exactly what I'M looking for, I want one that can take the apps default icon, edit hues, colors, brightness ect...like photo shopping the icon almost
