Best Audio Profile For Droid Ringtones

Ok, only had my Moto Droid a few weeks, and I'm trying to make some ringtones for it on my Mac. What Audio Profile (format, kbps, etc.) have you guys found gives your ringtones the best audio quality on the Droid?

You could upload your ringtones to phonezoo.com and send it to your phone. Also, I found MP3 format to be okay.

its not only the matter of audio format , or a good ringtone maker software , cutting an normalizing an mp3 file ;-)
As an musician i can tell you that real good ringtones are professionally mastered for microspeakers which have limited sound frequencies.
All other musical material is adapted for usual speakers .
Till now i found only to recommandable websites with professional ringtones luckynote.net or iringpro.com
