I know it would be had for a dev not to charge for there hard work. But I'm guessing that HTC is going after any that charge for apps that look like they're apps.

I could see if they could prove he used their images but if he has custom images how can they possibly get away with this.

Are we to next be able to copyright color combinations? Can I copyright the phrase "widget installer?"
