Thanks, downloaded Astro which seems to be like windows file manager and backed it up.

I also was able to clean up my directory - pandahome which I uninstalled still had a folder - gone now. Same with Doom - gone. A very handy application - thanks for pointing it out.

What else would you think is worth backing up?

I got ASTRO but I can't figure out how to extract or save or zip the app. It's not in the list.

open Astro > click Menu > Tools > Application Manager/Backup > select the app you want!

Also, I would imagine there is no way for them to delete an application from a phone. The most they can do is sue the developer and get it off the market. I backed it up but I don't think it will magically vanish from all of our phones.

Yeah that's the issue. At least he fixed geolocation before it got pulled down... maybe it will last long enough for me to get my $1.50 worth...
