the last few days it seems like my batery wont charge over70%. No matter how long its on the charger it wont go above 70%. could that be the battery?

download battery doctor from the market. its great. go to services and find the services that are running in your background and if you dont use the programs that much uninstall them. aldo had a feature to make sure your phone charges completely to 100 percent . very helpful
