Battery Drain in Fastboot?

After having my phone off with fastboot enabled, my phone drained from about 90% to this. Anyone else experiencing this?

I had the same problem a while ago!

Now I just leave it in sleep.

PS: Unlocked+Rooted on Stock ROM
