Battery & DoubleTwist Issues

Please help.
I've only had my Incredible for 1 week and my battery drains within 4 hrs! I am only running Lookout. What am I doing wrong?

Also, I am trying to upload my iTunes library from my Mac to DoubleTwist. Every time I try to sync my phone I get an error message saying "Disk Insertion. The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer". I can either ignore or eject it. I can not sync my music. I have a few options when I sync on my phone to either charge only, HTC sync, Disk Dive or Mobile Broadband Connect. I've tried all of them and nothing. I have been on Google trying to figure this out but to no avail. Please help!

Are you using a task killer? If so, first step is to uninstall it- task killers are major battery drainers.

as for the syncing with mac problem, when you connect your phone to the computer, in the notification bar of your phone you can touch 'connection type' to switch to the option of 'disk drive'. this will allow you to sync with your mac…hope this helps
