This is more my mother's issue then mine. I'm running on a Mac and don't have this issue at all.
Shes trying to upload her music but every time she does she gets about 50 songs that appear as Unknown Artists/Albums. I've tried everything to fix it, checking the itunes information, syncing in every way possible, windows media player, doubletwist, salling media sync, drag and drop. Nothing fixed it.
I can not figure it out. They are all mp3 files, all uploaded from CDs not bought off itunes, all the information is filled out in itunes. I have no idea what it is.
