welcome salling media sync!
I can't believe no one has mentioned this before, but I just discovered this great sync utility for BOTH windows and mac! I was amazed because I had been using doubletwist which is ok, but just more than I needed and doesn't allow syncing of podcasts. I also tried the motorola media utility but that thing is a bloated disaster and doesn't even recognize the music I have on my computer. So for anyone who is looking for something to easily sync between itunes (even iphoto) and is FREE, check it out and hope it helps some people.

I downloaded it and I can't get it to do anything. Nothing on the Droid and nothing on my computer (Vista)

did you mount the droid? In notification dropdown, select "usb connected" and click "mount" on your phone
