Battery and data manager statistics

I am having trouble figuring out what "Android OS," "Android System," and "Motorola Services" are. What application(s) are draining my battery under these three usages? And should I be concerned as "Android OS" is consuming the most battery at 32%?

Also, When I turn my wifi off, or go into airplane mode, the battery and statistics manager still shows wifi using a certain percentage of total battery consumption, even though wifi is clearly off. Is this a glitch or something?
