I have been getting bad data service lately. I have been getting 4g but now I barely get 3g and one else with this problem?

VZW rep reported outage when I came in. I'm expecting a call from tier 2 support around 9pm. I am going to ask if what rep said is true.

I got my 4g back today I rode my bike on the fox river trail today and had no trouble running slacker
