Backtrack on Eclipse 2.1

I followed the instructions in Backtrack Installer Free to install backtrack but when I launch it the VNC screen is grey with an x and nothing else it looks to me like there is a problem with the loop device but I really don't know. Can anyone offer any solutions.

I think the WiFi card doesn't support injection. I know Backtrack is limited on smartphones.
