OK I've been using my clip holder wrong. So today I used it correctly, aka screen down, Battery cover is gone in less that 3 hours at a football game. This REALLY sucks. how do I get new back FOR FREE! this is obviously a serious defect.

Best chance is to call tech support and be honest. Worst case is your buying a new one
