Hi. There are other posts dealing with this but I can't find any the same as my problem.
I'm trying to pay a bill and I can't ring automated services as these require key pad access.
The very moment I hit call, the screen goes black.
The proximity sensor is totally uncovered and I purposefully left it clear to test was that the issue.
When I double tap the screen that hangs up the call.
Seriously frustrating to have such a good phone office in this area by a Nokia 3310! How do I sort this?
Also, people are saying to install an app that keeps the screen on for selected apps. But I would like to have my backlight automatically switch off, in the way it is supposed to, if possible.
