Asurion Phone Replacement

Recently i had my phone replaced by Asurion, I had dropped it and filed that only the device was damaged. Not the battery cover or battery.

They mailed me a new phone with a new battery and cover.
Would they mind if i kept the extra battery and cover from my old phone, since they arnt damaged?

Just send the device back...no battery, cover or sdcard......

Done that several times here int he last few years.
