appdump folder on sdcard WASTING SPACE

i have a 32gb card on my x and most of it is music before u ask. i was recently out of memory and did a complete manual search on every folder on the sd card. i ran into app_dump and it had over 1gb on it as well as LOST.DIR. i erased them and moved them to my pc as a backup in case but can anyone tell me what exactly is inside these folders???

Files keep saving on that folder.big files too. Anyone else having this problem?

I don't have that folder on my sd card. It must be from an app you are using.
