App to block a specific caller at specific times

Ever heard of such a thing. I've done a lot of searching and can't seem to find anything.
Willing to pay, so if this is something Tasker can do, my boss will buy it.
Emailed Tasker dev... no reply.
Love non-responsive developers, especially ones that have pay apps.

Want an app that will:

• If Johnny Jones calls
• Between midnight at 8AM
• Don't ring my phone

Priority Mode?

I know on Samsung devices, you can set "authorized" contacts that are allowed to ring during that time. I have mine set to all contacts because I don't have anyone in my phone that calls at ungodly hours.

Nah, thought of that. Won't work here.

Senile mother in law calls at all hours of the night. Doesn't mind when she calls during 'normal' hours.
But if "The Home" she is in or the Police call (which would be an unknown number) he wants the phone to ring.

Gotchya. I see there are several call blocker type apps in the Play Store. None of those serve the need?

Also, as an employee of "A Home," they have a couple of options. #1. If the family is responsible for the phone service, they could contact the provider to see if they can put a block on during certain times. or B. They could see about cancelling the service all together if "The Home" has a cordless phone or other phone in a more central location that she can use during proper hours. Then, staff could help redirect her when she's wanting to call at all hours of the night.

Blacklist Plus by Vlad Lee. There's a paid and free version. Schedule certain contacts to be blocked forever or only certain times of the day.

Embarrassing admission: I put this app on another attorney's phone early this year so he could blacklist certain callers. Never occurred to me to check that to see if you could block by time...

I have used balcklist+. You may also try this apps. It really works.
