I need a Ghost Radar expert to explain this app.

In order of Tabs
Under VOX:
1) What is "Level" actually measuring
2) What is the Bulls Eye thing mean that pops up to the left
3) Any significance to the numbers that scroll at the top
4) What do the 3 lines indicate on the read-out
5) Any significance to the letters that scrool at the bottom
Under RADAR
6) What do the colors mean/represent
7) In the Radar, What is the actual distance surveyed
8) The 3 circles, LED light displays UNDER the radar indicate... What?
9) When Flux Sensitivity is increased what EXACTLY is increased
Under SETTINGS
10) Scan Frequency means?
11) Duplicate Detection Threshold means?
12) Display impedance means?
13) Signal Timeout means?
14) Signal Capacitance means?
