anyway that the contact .apk from droid be placed on droid x

I hat motorola's contact. I love the way the droid allowed you to click on the person's icon and a submenu appears with options of emailing, sms, dial. the droid x goes straight to the contact screen.

Is this possible to do? I know that someone was able to pull the 3d gallery from droid to replace the gallery for droid x.
