Well I did not find it on my Razr, since I don't have one, but I did find it on my GNEX. That would be Google's Easter egg for ICS.

About phone, tap quickly on Android version... 5 or 6 very quick taps...then when you see that^^^^ press on it and keep your finger on it... see what happens.

I didn't just discover it. Someone found the gingerbread one while furiously tapping the system update waiting for ics. (this was not me lol)

This is an easter egg that was first discovered in Honeycomb. They seem to put it in all of the versions of Android now.
