Anybody else ready to kick their Bionic to the curb?

I guess not... but I expected better performance than my Droid 2.... plus the data issues are killing me... obviously not literaly.

Well, if your not able to notice a difference between bionic and the droid 2 performance wise, your doing something wrong.

I understand your frustration with the data issues, but alot of it is the network and also the 901 build has solved the data issues for me and many other users. Have you thought about flashing it?

We will be getting ICS sometime soon, I'd guess around the end of February or March. I've also heard rumblings that ICS will be available from our wonderful android developers within the next couple of weeks.

I haven't been able to update to 901, but 893 seemed to solve my data drops. I also noticed everything runs smoother than before.

Couldn't agree more. Bionic has been a real pleasure for me. Better built hardware which will shine even brighter when ICS is released.

I'm still stock but have the .893 upgrade... I still seem to loose my data connetion 2-3 per day in the New England area. I do have to say though, when I have 4G...the phone is awesome but that's few and far between. I was on the Motorola site and I'm a little weary about flashing something that's not pushed by Verizon.

Don't let them scare you. Regardless of what the trolls over there say, 901 will be supported.

BTW 901 WAS sent out OTA. Even if it was accidental.

lol i kicked my Bionic to the curb after a week lol. Traded my i4 for it and then traded a week later for another i4 lol. I am not an apple fanboy at all, i just happen to like my devices to work. I love to tinker as well which is why i have had the DroidX, Fascinate, DroidX2, Droid Charge, Droid Bionic, Droid Incredible 2. All in all i just love having different devices after a bit.

I have heard the .901 was pushed by accident so why not let us all have it if it works. I do believe this phone has potential once the bugs are worked out. I just thought they might do that before releasing it.
