Any updates on freeing the bootloader? Any progress or are we still looking for a viable path to proceed.

Anyone consider buying Geohot a DX? lol

(fyi for those who don't know Geohot, he was the first person to ever jailbreak an iphone at age 17, and also the first person to fully crack a PS3, the console system that many claimed uncrackable, much like our bootloader!)

No updates as far as i know. I think the best bet at this point is the kexec method aliasxerog was trying however need drivers for it. Unless i remember wrong wasnt the reason the ps3 was cracked is that the public or private encryption key was left as all 0's? Thats not the case on ours

Lol geohot could do it! Hes a flippin' genius! But hes being sued right now by sony (which is stupid on their part because last I seen they've been hacked 10 times since its started all because their suing him) so idk maybe yet to hit him up and maybe just maybe he could do something
