Any new rumors for the Sony emulator?

Any new rumors? Also how will this effect our gaming market?

Will sony go back to handing out PS1 development kits to make new PS1 compatible games that would work on the Android and NGP,

Or will we only have access to nothing but the PS1 games that were already made?

If it's the first option, than that opens up even more room for Android game development.

If the later, than this will simply be a finite list of game support.

Not that I know of.

Also the PSone emulator is an emulator to play PS games. Sony isn't going to release dev kits to create new PSone style games.
