any hope of syncing my outlook/ms exchange

I have heard this isn't possible and I can't seemt to accomplish it. Is there hope?

There is a built in client with exchange support which should do a decent job for you. Now your company( I assume it is a business with an exchange server) should be able to give you the settings to set it up. They may have some security concerns, but the current client supports pretty much all the current security needed to run on about any business enviroment.
