Contact Groups on Exchange with Outlook 2010

I am using an exchange server and Outlook 2010 with my Droid X. I also have Touchdown as my mail, contacts and calendar app. When I create a contact group in Outlook it does sync to the exchange server but does not sync back to the phone. I can create a group on the phone itself using the native address book but don't seem to be able to create a group using Touchdown. Anyone have any luck syncing groups to the phone from an exchange server or creatiing groups within Touchdown?
