I have two phone N8 Symbian belle and Galaxy S4 Android kitkat 4.4.2
Both have AMOLED screen.
Nokia N8-----On N8 there is one feature called Screensaver clock. Whenever I click on power button whole screen becomes black and shows beautiful clock.
Samsung Galaxy S4-----I have Off clock. whenever I click on power button whole screen becomes black except the clock.
BUT HERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE..... RESON---UNKNOWN
N8 --- Clock---Battery decay 1% in 3-4 Hrs.
S4-----Clock---battery decay 1% in JUST 7 MINUTES: 00:07 only
Hence its a huge battery drain however both have AMOLED Screen display.
Please suggest the technical reason behind it. I am curious of having such screensaver clocks for Android as well. But nothing Available...!!!Alas....
Please do not suggest for daydream as it works only for Dock/charging mode.
