Android Market 3.3.11 force closing

Every time I try to install or update an app with the new Android Market 3.3.11, it force closes.

I went into Root Explorer and looked...and all the permissions are checked in the vending.apk

I have also cleared the cache and data for Android Market numerous times.

Any thoughts?

Having the exact same issue on my phone.tried everything still fc when downloading something
