Alternative to webtop?

I have seen a couple posts that lead me to wonder if there is an alternative to webtop? Or a way to run a small linux os instead of webtop?

I don't mind Motorolas webtop, the only thing is I wan't to be able to use my lapdock with these new ICS ROMs rolling out.

Any ideas?

There is an app called 'nebtop' that is similar. Do a google search on that name and you will be offered several forum threads. I don't know if it works with lapdock and ICS.

I thought nebtop only allowed you to use webtop without using the dock adapters.

Yes, you are correct. I should have read more. It is a different way to implement the webtop hack.
