AHHH----Help, Lost Superuser changing themes

Here's the setup. I wanted to change my BB.4 theme from 24K to Bugless Evolution. I only did the Theme not the full ROM. Went into ROM Manager and picked "Install ROM from SD Card", selected the theme. It did its usual thing by going into recovery and starting the install. When it started up, I still had the 24K theme but no superuser access. Busybox was installed but isn't anymore and will ot reinstall. I downloaded Terminal Emulator and it just Force Closes when I try to open it. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I'm having the same problem. I went from stock to Bugless Evolution and lost su permissions, though it says i'm still rooted and I still have the su permissions app in the app tray. I'm also getting several forceclose issues with google apps and messaging, and cannot assign su permissions to any apps. Terminal emulator returns "segmentation fault" on "su" command call.
