I downloaded and installed the rom with no problem and restored everything i needed to. My problem now is i do not have backup assistant anymore and now no contacts. How do i restore my contacts?

did you check to see if your contacts set to sync?

He's saying his contacts were via backup assistant. If I were you I would see if you can just reinstall backup assistant. It shouldn't be that difficult (but don't take my word for it :p )

I tried to reinstall backup assistant from titanium backup but it will not let me because it was removed with the rom. I see it there but there is a line through it, i tried but no luck. I did not have my contacts synced with google because i was using backup assistant and felt no need to back it up twice.

Well now you see the use of syncing with google instead. Hopefully you made a backup of the stock. I would restore that, sync your. contacts with google, and then reflash. That is probably the easiest.

+2! You can also restore your backup and export your contacts to your SD card, flash BAMF, then import them from your SD.

This thread has been Thunder struck!

FWIW, you can view your backed up contacts at Verizon's website - log in to your account, etc... I just exported them to CSV and then imported to Google contacts. Makes a mess of duplicate contacts where I only had email in google and phone in Verizon, but better than losing all the numbers.
