Was/am in the Beta program and have been running "O" for some time now. Unfortunately it seemed to get laggy as hell. Especially social media and the one game I play occasionally. I decided to check for an update before going back to stock, low and behold there was an update and it's now 8.0.0. At the moment the lag seems to be gone and the phone is pretty nice again. However, the security patch is only May 5th.
Now, I just have to deal with the battery situation. Considering doing it myself, but will probably take it to a phone repair place.
